Setlena is a class action claims service. We use publicly available settlement information and, when authorized, help prepare and submit claims to settlement administrators. Setlena is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We charge a flat membership fee and take 0% of your settlement payment.
2Can you really file claims for me?⌄
When a settlement permits it and you authorize us, we can prepare and submit the claim information on your behalf. Some settlements may require additional information, proof, or a step that only you can complete.
3Do you take a percentage of my settlement?⌄
No. Your membership is a flat $9.99 per month. Setlena takes 0% commission from settlement payments.
4How does the $9.99/month subscription work?⌄
Your membership covers ongoing settlement monitoring plus claim finding, preparation, filing support, and tracking. The subscription renews monthly through PayPal until you cancel.
5Can I cancel anytime?⌄
Yes. You can cancel the recurring PayPal subscription at any time. There is no long-term contract.
6When will I receive my settlement check?⌄
Payment timing is controlled by the settlement administrator and can vary widely. Payments often come only after final approval, claim review, and any required appeals or processing are complete.
7What if I don’t have any matches today?⌄
That is exactly why ongoing monitoring matters. New settlements open and deadlines change throughout the year, so we keep checking for new opportunities that may match your information.
8How do you find new settlements?⌄
We monitor publicly available sources such as settlement administrator websites, public notices, and court-related settlement information, then organize the details and important dates for members.
9Is my personal information safe?⌄
We only need information relevant to matching and preparing claims. You should never send unnecessary passwords, payment-card details, or other unrelated sensitive information as part of a settlement claim.
10Who sends the settlement check?⌄
Settlement payments are sent by the settlement administrator or its payment provider, not by Setlena. When a claim is approved and paid, the payment goes directly to you using the administrator’s available payment method.
